I currently have two group classes on offer, each with a slightly different focus

Breath & Balance
Every Wednesday 10:00-11:15
Exploring how breathwork and simple postures can be used to create greater stability and calm. This class is designed to help you find your centre in the middle of whatever week you may be having!

Relax & Reboot
Every Friday 10:00-11:15
Using breathwork and dynamic postures that reset the mind and body, encouraging presence and pleasure. The aim is to release accumulated stress, embrace the good vibes, and get ready for the weekend.
Private Classes
Aside from teaching public groups, I have some availability to teach one-to-one yoga classes and group courses on a private basis. In these sessions, I can help clients explore what practices work best for them and tailor sequences to their needs.
Potential one to ones are invited to book a discovery chat to discuss their preferences and goals for practice.
This can take place by phone or in person.
